Can I get a sample?
Sure. We get a lot of requests for samples. Most blank samples can be shipped to you within 24 hours. You have the option of US Mail, Federal Express or UPS ~ just let us know what works best for you.
We have to charge for the cost of each sample requested, along with a $5 handling fee for random sample requests. Sorry, price increases have forced changes in our business policies. Hope you understand.
We can ship all samples with paid orders free.

Hey, do you guys accept credit cards?
Yes we do. We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express We accept PayPal too. A convenience fee of 3% for amount over $300.00 is charged on all credit card orders.
Can you accommodate RUSH orders?
How Rush is Rush? Only kidding! YES we can get things done quick. Each product has standard production times with rush capabilities, most being 15 business days. If expedited service is required sooner than the manufacturers stated delivery, we're sorry but we have pass on their 10% "sweat factor" charge.
How do we get started with an order?
Pretty easy; just send us an email with your artwork attached in jpg, and Adobe Illustrator EPS format, tell us what item you want along with the quantity, how you want your logo to appear, with PMS colors stated, your in-hands date, and where you want the items shipped to. Be sure to include all your contact information and a purchase order number or some kind of reference number.
Can we ship to several locations?
No problem...split shipments are okay with us.
Can Absolute Promotions help us with ideas?
Yeah man, that's what we do! We offer over 100,000 different promotional products - from wearables, to USB gadgets, to ad specialty items. Tell us about your event, who you're trying to turn on and what your budget is. We'll come up with some cool ideas for you.
What if I don't have the right format art?
Not a problem, our media department can take care of it for you. The rate for artwork is $75 per hour. EPS Vector is the preferred format for most projects
Can you ship anywhere in the world?
Easily.
